Same issue, so I installed Radeon's older version 17.5.2 and that solved the problem. So I decided to reinstalling the 19.9.1 update again. There was allot of issues but nothing related to what I was experiencing. So I searched for related issues reported with Window’s 10 regarding performance after it updated. When it came back up the 3 second pause was still there. After Windows updated it’s core services, I restarted my Mac. At first I thought it was processor related. As it was being installed I stated noticing right away something wasn't right.Įver 3 seconds there's a pause which stopped the mouse from moving and other system related performances. This update arrived via Radeon's Adrenalin Software notification. ![]() Then there was a indication about a new update for the Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition. Everything was fine with Windows 10 v1903 while using my MSI Radeon RX580 4GB Graphics card. ![]()
